I've used railway for a few personal projects on the Hobby plan. But now I'm doing a freelance project and would need someone else to own the project/workspace and pay for the subscription while I make modifications to the project.
Under the new pricing plan, we just need a workspace with a Pro plan that my client will subscribe to and invite me and it'll cost 20$ per month (plus extra if usage exceeds this) despite there being 2 ppl technically? Is this how it works?

that's right, but remember to be eligible for the new pricing, 80% of your usage has to originate from metal workloads
if its a new account/workspace and all the services are hosted in railway metal server, that'd be 100% metal and eligible for the new pricing right?
