Apex domain stuck on generic certificate for over a month

nexilo.fr (apex, no www) has been stuck serving the generic *.up.railway.app certificate since August 8, 2026 — over a month with zero progress.

DNS is correct, verified multiple times including today (Sept 2): TXT _railway-verify.nexilo.fr matches exactly what Railway's dashboard expects

www.nexilo.fr on the same project/service verified and works perfectly — proving the setup and Railway's infra are otherwise fine

Only the apex nexilo.fr is affected

This looks like a stuck certificate issuance/renewal state specific to this domain, not a DNS problem — standard re-checks won't fix it

Can someone with access to the certificate management system manually inspect or reset the issuance state for nexilo.fr on this service? Project: Nexilo, service ID 4d9a5f52-5b81-458e-a90a-a41eb72a302c.

Your DNS is correctly configured and the verification TXT record matches, but the certificate validation workflow for nexilo.fr stalled before it could pick up the corrected DNS, so it never re-ran. We've started a certificate re-issuance for this domain, which should complete within a few minutes.

Thanks Brody, really appreciate it just confirmed on my end, the certificate is showing CN=nexilo.fr now and everything's redirecting properly. Great diagnosis, and thanks for looking into it manually rather than just re-running the standard checks. 🙏
