Issue: 15+ consecutive container creation failures since June 30, all failing at CREATE_CONTAINER stage within 1 second. Same image (atendai/evolution-api:v2.2.3) and config worked on June 13.

Any logs that you can share? And from where are you pulling that image?
Because I don't see that image on Dockerhub.
update: It was moved to https://hub.docker.com/r/evoapicloud/evolution-api/ so change the source image to use evoapicloud/evolution-api:v2.2.3 instead.
