We are facing issues with only JIO network,, while running an api with jio it doesn't work

Hi,

That is indeed an issue with the JIO network, they could be putting you behind a firewall that is blocking your access to Railway.

Unfortunately there isn't anything we can do here as we have no control over what your ISP is blocking.
