Why are you using npm in a java app?

It is the first time I use Railway so I don't know how to configure it completely. When configuring my Spring Boot project, I don't know if I need to configure something or if just having it work locally will do. Because of the npm error it no longer appears, I have modified a Railway option and I no longer get the error but now it remains permanently deploying.
