Does railway api offers read only access? From what I'm seeing in the docs it seems like the API keey gives read/write/delete/update access to whoever accesses it.

API tokens should inherit the user's access on the workspace. If you invite a user and give them "deployer" access, they will have the permissions outlined in: https://docs.railway.com/projects/workspaces#inviting-members
