App deploys successfully but public URL returns "Application failed to respond"

Hi Railway team,

My Python Flask app deploys successfully but all public requests return

"Application failed to respond." This started happening after several hours

of successful operation.

Project: capable-heart

Service: docOrder

Public URL: docorder-production.up.railway.app (regenerating the domain

did not help — new URLs have the same issue)

Current state:

- Build succeeds

- Deploy status: Active

- Deploy logs show Flask running correctly on 0.0.0.0:8080

- Target port in Networking settings: 8080

- This matches Railway's injected PORT env var

- Rolled back to an earlier deployment that was previously working —

same error, so this is not code-related

- Restarting the deployment did not help

- Adding PORT=5000 manually did not help (removed again)

Earlier today this same deployment worked fine. I made several env variable

changes and code commits. After rolling back both, issue persists.

Request ID from error page: 6I_K_mlqSkq2s-A_2prcFg

Any guidance? The app is running internally but not reachable from outside.
