i received an email saying no action was required :
No Action: Upcoming Platform Upgrades in March
We're writing to inform you that Railway is upgrading our infrastructure to provide better stability, performance, and lower pricing.
As of yesterday, my site went down and I'm not sure why. I use it to see my blood sugars on my watch. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately this is an application level issue a your service is running. There isn't much that I can do to help, especially since your deployment hasn't been restarted in the last 3 months 😕

i see your site does come up but shows last data received was 2 days ago. you can try restarting your service by clicking the 3 dots on far right
