Please help me. Why doesn't anyone respond?
3 days ago I uploaded a thread describing my problem and no one has responded.  Is it normal that they take so long to respond? I need someone from the staff to help me with this since my web app has been down for several days. The title of the previous thread is  "MySQL Deployment Crashed" and in it I describe the problem. I will be very grateful if you can help me.  Kind regards.
