Hi, I just added back ups and now my production app is not working. do not really see useful logs. Would appreciate any help

Is this an old deployment? Does it show as removed or crashed? Can you try redeploying your service?

It just says failed—I tried redeploying and got the same. I had an environment connected to the same git repository and those work. So I just moved the data to a new environment and that has deployed and works. Just wondering if it is something about the backups...
