App is down / unresponsive

Hi!

This is the second time that my Django app is down / unresponsive. I didn't make any changes from yesterday. It happens randomly.

The logs don't show anything unusual. What can I do?

I'm thinking it might be the 8gb memory limit.

Apologies but this looks like an issue with the application level code. Due to volume, we can only answer platform level issues here
