Have you redeployed this application since you upgraded to pro plan?
And are do you have a resource limit set in your services' settings?

I redeployed some minutes ago, after I opened the issue here.

I was in the pro plan, but due to payment delay, I think I downgraded from pro plan

I think what has happened is you restarted the deployment instead of a redeploy, a restart would not bump your container's memory limits.

You can now see that the solid grey limit line has gone straight up above the scale of the graph indicating that your max has increased.

Yes, it was exactly this. I was just restarting the deployment.
