Is there any way to change the “app sleep time” so that it is not 10 minutes, but for example 1 hour? Or make a schedule for when the app will go to sleep? Is it also possible to remove the error screen after a long sleep? If not, what are the solutions? Is it possible to use the Railway API key, which can be used to switch the sleep toggle switch according to CRON schedule?

Unfortunately it is not currently possible to customize the app sleeping timeout.
What error screen are you running into after a long sleep ?
You can use the railway API to change most things. See our docs here: https://docs.railway.com/reference/public-api for usage.
