App sleeping feature is not working.

App sleeping feature is not working. Even after enabling and redeploying the app. And after inactivity app stills shows as UP.

App Sleeping only activates when your app has not generated any network activity for 10 minutes. If it's not activated, that means your app is doing something in the background with network traffic.
