Hi,
I've had this app running for almost 3 years. A few months after the latest deployment it stopped working, giving 404 not found error.

the latest deployment (5975feae-6d93-4344-91aa-87edb5bac4dd) succeeded but still returns 404

Enable private networking on the service. When it's disabled, the public domain returns 404 even though the deployment shows as succeeded.
Service Settings > Networking > toggle Private Networking on, then redeploy.
