Hello Railway team,
I recently received a ban for "Trial Plan Abuse" and would like to politely explain my situation and request a reconsideration.
I want to clarify that I never used multiple accounts to circumvent the trial system. What happened is that I accidentally deleted my primary account several times, thinking it was the only way to reset or clean up my projects from scratch. I was unaware that this behavior could violate the Terms of Service.
I now understand that this could be misinterpreted, but I want to assure you that there was no malicious intent behind my actions. I highly value Railway as a learning and personal development platform, and I am fully prepared to comply with your terms, including upgrading to a paid plan if necessary.
I kindly request a second chance to continue using Railway properly. Thank you very much for your time and consideration. Please note that this is not the account that was affected in this way.
