Hello Railway team,
I recently received a ban with the reason "Trial Plan Abuse", and I’d like to kindly explain my situation and ask for a reconsideration.
I want to clarify that I never used multiple accounts to bypass the trial system. What happened is that I mistakenly deleted my main account multiple times, thinking it was the only way to reset or clean up my projects from scratch. I wasn’t aware this behavior could trigger a violation of the Terms of Service.
Now I understand how this could be misinterpreted, but I want to assure you that there was no malicious intent behind my actions. I truly value Railway as a platform for learning and personal development, and I’m fully willing to comply with your terms — including upgrading to a paid plan if needed.
I kindly ask for a second chance to continue using Railway the right way. Thank you very much for your time and consideration.

I want to clarify that the Railway account linked to this ticket is not the one that was banned.
I had to create this additional Railway account only to complete the verification process and gain access to the Discord server, since I cannot join using my banned account.
My appeal concerns my original Railway account, which was banned for “Trial Plan Abuse.” As I explained, the situation happened because I deleted and recreated my main account multiple times by mistake, not to bypass the trial system.
I’m avoiding sharing personal information here for privacy reasons, but I’m happy to confirm any necessary details privately if needed.
