My Ruby on Rails application is constantly failing to build due to the following error:

13 ERROR: process "/bin/bash -ol pipefail -c bundle install" did not complete successfully: exit code: 34

I'd like to know if it is possible to deploy a Ruby on Rails API-only application using Railway and if it is. I'd like to understand the problem I'm facing.
