Click on your service then navigate to the Settings tab, then scroll down until you find the Networking section. You'll be able to manage your URLs and ports there.

You can either look at the code, and see the port if it's hardcoded, or head to the Deploy logs, and check if your app has logged the port that it's listening on.

Is your app binding to localhost or 0.0.0.0? It should be 0.0.0.0.

This configuration is in your app's code, you just have to check it. If you still can't find, you can provide the relevant code snippet so I can check it. Providing the tech stack you're using is also helpful
