Application failed to respond

My mysql database and node/express is connected successfully, but the application failed to respond. I already followed the solution here -> (https://docs.railway.app/guides/fixing-common-errors) but does not solve the problem.

Is there any solution you would suggest?

oh, at first i did a typo "0,0,0,0,"

now i changed to "0.0.0.0"

but still it says "application failed to respond"

oh… im sorry, it just a port for app to listen to, i changed it now
