All my three environments (pre-demo, demo and prod) which worked perfectly up until 30minutes ago are showing error 502 Bad gateway page:
Application failed to respond
This error appears to be caused by the application.

How could this happen? I didn't push any new version today to these environments. The logs show no errors either.
Could this be a Railways infra issue?

Hello,
We had an incident earlier that caused deployments to go offline while the status in the UI didn't properly update. This has since been resolved, but in some cases, you may need to redeploy your services.
