Application failed to respond error after successfull redeployment after trail plan

Hi Team,

I was using the trial plan before and I made some 10-15 workflows which were working fine.
My trail plan got completed, so I upgraded to hobby plan on 11 nov 2025. After that it told me to redeploy webhook processor and primary.

So I redeployed it but when I a opening https://primary-production-3bb1e.up.railway.app/ from primary it simply says Application failed to respond.

I even referred the document for this error and tried resolviing all the errors, but still unable to open it and getting same error. Please help
