Application failed to respond in Singapore

We are still experiencing 502 error, our prod is deployed in Singapore, it's been at least 9+ hours since 3pm UTC+8 16th Dec, need urgent help. Everything showing green but when accessing is always 502.

You'll also want to swap it to use private networking to avoid incurring egress bandwidth charges - it will also help with performance (see https://docs.railway.com/guides/optimize-usage#use-private-networking).
