Application latest code got removed

I checked the latest deployment code of my application after 2-3 weeks and I got removed.

I did the redeployment via git push.

It is not a good sign for the application.

Please check the issue and the root cause.

The deployment was not removed, it crashed, this would be due to application issue on your side.
