I have a web app, and a mongodb, both marked for sleeping in the settings. I am sure that at some point they were sleeping, clearing indicated in the dashboard. But they are not now, and looking at the metrics for the web app, network in and out show 0B for the last hour. Last logs were from yesterday, the last time I actually hit the web app. What am I doing wrong?

Have you looked at the docs to ensure you meet all the criteria for app sleeping?

It's important to note that the networking graph in the metrics tab only displays public internet traffic. If you're using a private network to communicate with other services, this traffic won't appear in the metrics tab. However, it's still counted as outbound traffic and will prevent the service from being put to sleep.
This would be a good first port of call.
