not noticing any performance issues on my EU services

I do see a small bump in response time from about 20 minutes ago though

iops/cpu contention or slow internal networking on stateful services again i presume

maybe i could get a quieter neighbour , if that is possible . but has been typically the case (well, always) when i noticed an increase in query speed, that incidents would soon be declared
