In the Database (Postgres in my case) "Configure Auto Updates" window. There is an option for a Custom Schedule. The other time options (Weekends, At night) both specify UTC. However when selecting a day/time on the custom schedule - it does not mention UTC.

I am assuming it is also in UTC - but figured I'd ask just to be sure since the UI doesn't specify. And I don't want the database updates happening at 8am my local time....
