Dear Railway Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to request assistance with regaining access to my Railway account. Unfortunately, I recently lost access to my authenticator app, which I was using for two-factor authentication (2FA). As a result, I am unable to log in to my account.

I do not have my recovery codes and no backup authenticator app configured. Could you please assist me in disabling the 2FA on my account or help me with an alternative method to regain access?

I am happy to provide any necessary information to verify my identity and account ownership.
