Assistance Required – Railway Project Connection

Hello Railway Support Team,

I hope you can help me.

My website, AURUM (aurumbeauty.art), was originally deployed through Railway and connected to the Verdent platform that I use to manage and update the website.

Recently, the connection between Verdent and Railway appears to have been disconnected or is no longer functioning correctly. As a result, updates made through Verdent are not syncing properly with the Railway deployment.

Could you please help me:

• Verify that my Railway project is active and correctly configured

• Check whether the connection to Verdent has been interrupted

• Advise how the integration can be restored

• Confirm whether any deployment, domain, environment variable, or configuration issue is preventing synchronization

I would appreciate any guidance on reconnecting the project, as I am actively developing the platform and need to resume updates as soon as possible.

Your Railway project "aurum-global" is active with a successful deployment as of 06 Jun 2026 at 17:31 UTC, and your custom domain aurumbeauty.art is correctly attached to it. From our side, everything is configured and running normally. The connection to Verdent is managed by that platform, so you would need to check with Verdent's support to troubleshoot why syncing has stopped.
