Here are the details:

• Plan: Hobby Plan

• Current Usage: $0.00 (as shown in the usage dashboard)

• Estimated Bill: $5.00

I have reviewed the usage dashboard and logs, but I cannot identify the cause for the services being paused. I would appreciate your help in understanding why the services have stopped and guidance on how I can resume them.
