I'm experiencing an issue with volume attachments across multiple projects. When I try to add persisted storage to my applications by attaching a new volume, I'm unable to select a metal region for these volumes.

The error I receive states: 'Cannot migrate volumes between non-metal and metal regions. Please create a new volume instead.'

This is occurring consistently across nearly all my projects, creating deployment conflicts. My applications are already deployed in specific regions, but when I try to attach volumes, the region compatibility issue prevents successful deployment and i cannot change regions on volumes.

Specifically for my ChurcHQ application, I need to store media files (including profile pictures) in a persistent volume, but the region mismatch is blocking deployment.

Could you please advise on:

1. How to create volumes in regions compatible with my existing deployments

2. Whether there's a way to match volume regions with my current application regions

3. Any recommended workflow for adding persistent storage to existing applications
