I've tired restarting and redeploying but it's not working. It just says "Attempting to connect to the database." and the white circle is spinning. I've even created a new Postgres and I get the same issue.

I see two databases in your account - both seem to be working. Can you be more specific about any issues that you are having? If you have not heard elsewhere, this is likely a byproduct of the incident that happened yesterday that caused some running workloads to be unexpectedly terminated while the status in the UI didn't properly update. This was resolved, but in some cases a redeploy was necessary for individual services.
