Hi all,
I am fairly new to Railway and used it recently to deploy an app for an exhibition. The app was used for around 6 weeks and I am on a Pro plan. Due to a myriad of unfortunate circumstances, I was unable to download the logs until now. and can't access logs from the start of the exhibition. I read that by upgrading plans you can view logs that aren't currently visible.
In an attempt to retrieve older logs, I tried to upgrade to an enterprise plan using the contact sales button. However, when I try to submit the online form, it won't go through.
Posting here in the hope someone can help as I can't email directly and I'm not sure how to proceed.

But please know we are off until the 7th of January, and Enterprise starts at a $2k per month commitment for a year.

Thanks Brody, that's definitely beyond my limits at the moment unfortunately. Is there any other way to access the older logs?

Unfortunately, 90 days of log history is only available on Enterprise, so there isn't another way to access logs beyond the standard retention period on the Pro plan. I'm sorry we can't help recover those older logs from your exhibition.
