Hi, I'm using free trial and everytime other person is commiting on the main branch it requires my approval for deploy. Is it normal for free plan or I can somehow enable autodeploy without apporvals?

That is a security feature and it is present across all plans, if you want to enable auto deploys for them they would need to be a project member.
