I got this message, followed the link, and approved the app (again). Now, when I follow the link, it says the railway app is up to date. But I still can't publish. And the alert message is still there.
Railway's GitHub App has requested new permissions for the GitHub organization. An organization admin needs to review and approve the updated permissions. Until approved, auto-deploys of new services may be paused

Your ThemeBuilder-Web service is currently in a building state, which indicates deployments are going through successfully despite the banner. The permissions alert can sometimes persist in the UI as a stale notification even after the GitHub organization has approved the updated permissions. Try disconnecting and reconnecting your GitHub account under Account Settings to force the banner to refresh.

Your ThemeBuilder-Web service shows a successful latest deployment, confirming manual deploys work. For the auto-deploy issue specifically on this service, go to Service Settings for ThemeBuilder-Web, disconnect the GitHub repo, then reconnect it and ensure the correct branch is selected as the trigger branch. This re-establishes the webhook link between GitHub and that specific service, which is different from reconnecting your GitHub account at the account level.

Hello,
Can you make sure you have given the Railway App bot access to your repositories?
GitHub Settings -> Applications -> Railway App -> Configure -> Repository access
Then please go into your Railway account and unlink and relink the GitHub integration.
Best,
The Railway Team
