Hi everyone! I'm experiencing a critical issue with auto-deployment for my project. Despite pushing 15+ commits to the main branch, Railway continues deploying an old version of my application.
Observations:
- The service DOES restart (timestamp updates)
- Deployment logs show "success"
- But the actual code running is from an old commit (3+ days ago)
- It's as if Railway caches the entire build and ignores new commits This has been blocking my production deployment for 2+ days. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hey there! We've found the following might help you get unblocked faster:
- 🧵 No Deploy Logs
- 🧵 Container builds successfully but produces zero deploy logs
- 🧵 Deployment Auto-Start Issue - Build Succeeds but No Logs Until Manual Restart
If you find the answer from one of these, please let us know by solving the thread!

Same issue here - PRO Plan customer. Tried:
- Repo relink
- New environment
- New service
- 9 deployment attempts over 2 days
This is a critical platform bug blocking production.
Railway Team: Please prioritize fix for PRO customers!
