Hi everyone! I'm experiencing a critical issue with auto-deployment for my project. Despite pushing 15+ commits to the main branch, Railway continues deploying an old version of my application.
Observations:
The service DOES restart (timestamp updates)
Deployment logs show "success"
But the actual code running is from an old commit (3+ days ago)
It's as if Railway caches the entire build and ignores new commits
This has been blocking my production deployment for 2+ days. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hey there! We've found the following might help you get unblocked faster:
🧵 Container builds successfully but produces zero deploy logs
🧵 Deployment Auto-Start Issue - Build Succeeds but No Logs Until Manual Restart
If you find the answer from one of these, please let us know by solving the thread!

Have you tried relinking the Github repo and/or the branch?

Same issue here - PRO Plan customer. Tried:
- Repo relink
- New environment
- New service
- 9 deployment attempts over 2 days
This is a critical platform bug blocking production.
Railway Team: Please prioritize fix for PRO customers!
