Auto-deployment not working - stuck on old version despite 15+ commits

Hi everyone! I'm experiencing a critical issue with auto-deployment for my project. Despite pushing 15+ commits to the main branch, Railway continues deploying an old version of my application.

Observations:

  • The service DOES restart (timestamp updates)

  • Deployment logs show "success"

  • But the actual code running is from an old commit (3+ days ago)

  • It's as if Railway caches the entire build and ignores new commits

This has been blocking my production deployment for 2+ days. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

same problem here

Have you tried relinking the Github repo and/or the branch?

Same issue here - PRO Plan customer. Tried:

- Repo relink x emoji

- New environment x emoji

- New service x emoji

- 9 deployment attempts over 2 days x emoji

This is a critical platform bug blocking production.

Railway Team: Please prioritize fix for PRO customers!
