Hi, yesterday I have a situation that
the default limit of Pro plan is 32GB RAM and 32 vCPUs right, and I keep it without changing
but my service got a DDOS (I think) from below 2 or 3 vCpus and 4GB RAM,
it inceased to about double of limits

Hello,
At that time you had 3 replicas with no resource limits set, meaning your service could use up to 96 vCPU and 96 GB of memory.
That explains how your service was able to use the resources you see in the graph.

okay I got it, but isn't it be limit at 32 for both? like the display is showing after created a new service

Nope, the limits are per replica, meaning combined you can use more then 32 / 32.
