Our main landing page went down "tupai.ai" (landing-page) this morning due to an automatic railway deployment process (deployment ID 61d66078-c18b-4e1c-b944-232608b5710a) to migrate us to Metal, of which I did not get any notification of.
Luckily, someone caught it (but only2 hours later!) and rolled-back the deployment.
Why was there no notification so I can keep my team on standby to check? And will there be another automatic migration that I will not know of? Not telling us to be on standby to check is not good practice.... Can someone look into this.

Hello,
We have been sending out emails in advance to the migrations, since you have moved the service back there will be another migration.
You can read more about our migration to Metal here -

Hi Brody,
Can you give us an idea when we will be migrated? It so happened that it was a public holiday when our migration happened and the site went down, which forced us to rollback when someone randomly alerted us.
Knowing when will allow us to put up messaging for our users, in case the site goes down.

Actually, we would like to do a manual migration next week so that if there are issues, we can act on the spot. Is there a way you can disable the automatic migration ?

Hey Andre,
I totally understand wanting to hold off on the migration — in most cases I’d make an exception. That said, we’ve published our migration timeline for the past 8 weeks, and things are starting to move quickly on our end.
I’d really recommend getting your services moved over as soon as you can. I’m more than happy to hop on a call this weekend if that would make the transition easier — just let me know what works best for you.
Thanks so much,
Angelo
