Automatically changing region to Metal beta

Hi Team
Our core_cms project isn't changing from "US West (California, USA) Metal Beta" to "US West (Oregon, USA)".
When I changed it to Oregon, it is changing to California automatically.

Trial plan and hobby plan deployments are now restricted to metal servers so you can't change it back to oregon unless you're on pro plan
