My backend deployment repeatedly fails during the image build, before my app starts. The build log shows:
install apt packages: libatomic1
install mise packages: node
Build Failed: build daemon returned an error < failed to solve: secret process not found >
Deployment ID: ae7266ce
The backend previously started successfully and connected to MySQL, but new deployments keep failing with this build error. Could you please investigate whether this is a Railway builder issue?

The build is failing on one of the service's variables: it has a variable literally named process.env.NODE_ENV, and the full error in your build log ("failed to solve: secret process not found") shows the builder could not resolve a variable named process from it, which stops the build at the package install steps.
Delete process.env.NODE_ENV from the service's Variables, add it back named just NODE_ENV with the same value (your code reads it as process.env.NODE_ENV either way), and then deploy again.
