I keep re-deploying my app and it will all be fine for ~24h till it stops responding, more specifically all endpoints return 502 Bad Gateway.

Hey,
We don't have any such time activated firewalls, this would be your application itself that stops responding.
You can get more information on why the 502 happened by looking at those logs in the HTTP logs section of the deployment, and in addition to that I would also recommend you to add more verbose logging to your application so you can determine what's causing it to crash.
