zestful-smile(staging) — every build fails with "no space left on device"
Project: zestful-smile
Environment: staging
Service: backend (backend-staging-ea10.up.railway.app)
Region: US West
Builder: Nixpacks
Every build attempt over the last ~30 min fails during the
"Build › Build image" step with:
[internal] load build definition from Dockerfile
failed to create lease: write
/var/lib/buildkit/runc-overlayfs/containerdmeta.db:no space left on device
This blocks all new deploys from the staging branch. The
last successful deploy is 8 hours old. I've tried multiple
redeploys (with and without a railway.json startCommand
override) — all hit the same buildkit-out-of-space error.
Please clear our build cache or rotate the build host for
this service so new deploys can land.

Your backend staging deployment is currently stuck in QUEUED status due to a known platform-side build infrastructure issue affecting build capacity. The "no space left on device" error is on our build hosts, not your service, and our team is actively working to restore normal build operations. You don't need to take any action on your side. We recommend cancelling any queued redeploys rather than triggering new ones, as additional attempts can compound the queue. Once build capacity is restored, your next deploy should proceed normally without needing a manual cache clear.
