Hi,

One of our backend services has been stuck in the "scheduling" phase for over 1 hour.

The builder is assigned but the actual build never starts — no .NET compilation,

no dependency downloads, nothing.

We have tried redeploying multiple times with no success. The previous deployment

(commit 88ff7b10, 2026-04-14) was successful on the same service with the same builder type.

Could you check if the Metal builder is healthy or reassign the build to a different builder?
