Hi Railway team,

I had a project with a PostgreSQL database, and I downgraded from the Pro plan. Now the database is no longer accessible, and I need to back up the data. Is there any way to temporarily regain access to export it?

Hello,

You currently do not have an active plan in any capacity, without an active plan you would not be able to use the platform.

Please upgrade to a paid plain to use the platform.
