Restored from backup (using 2025-01-21 data) to recover some data (worked fine, saw all the data I needed). Realized those data are no longer available in my other external db so I tried to mount the latest volume (friction-volume) and now it's telling me there are no tables/data.
Tried to restore from other backups and all are showing no data.

Sorry could you elaborate what happened here?
Seems like none of my volumes from backups are showing any data.
I am trying to go back to my original volume (friction-volume) but it's showing no data. Same for the other backups
It appears you're mounting your backups to the incorrect path: /data.
Please be sure to mount your volume to the path: /var/lib/postgresql/data
