Bad Gateway 502 Error (app down) without recent deployment . I tried redeploying but stuck forever

I tried restarting the app, checking Cloudflare, redeploying the same changes and redeploying after changing but it doesn't work. My app has been down for a couple of hours now

Some sort of Railway outage. My app is down, redeployments fail on network health check
