I am writing to request a review of my account suspension/ban. I respect Railway’s platform policies and community guidelines, and after reviewing the code of conduct, I could not find any rule that prohibits the use of AI tools for development assistance or problem solving.

I operate my own AI consulting/workspace setup, where AI is used as a productivity and engineering assistant. The projects and deployments associated with my account were created for legitimate development purposes, and there was no intention to violate Railway’s policies in any way.

If any specific activity triggered the restriction, I would sincerely appreciate clarification so I can fully comply with your requirements going forward.

Additionally, I currently have approximately $20 available for cashout on my account. If reinstatement is not possible, I kindly request assistance in withdrawing or transferring the remaining balance to my account.

I would greatly appreciate a manual review of my case and any guidance you can provide.
