1. Your response to my message above and and your messages in this thread in general shows a different writing style. This is clear from how the capitalization diverges massively from the message above, that was posted on the central station. Furthermore, the use of the em dash in this particular instance does not make any sense, especially when : was just used before for the previous option.

2. There are two em dashes included in the message above. The fact that you can not remember or recognize the amount of em dashes in your own messages increases my suspicion and justification for my conclusion.

Accidentally writing an em dash happens rarely, especially when it requires at the very least an additional key depending on the operating system. May I know the operating system you are using?

While not mentioned above, em dashes alone isn't sole the reason the reason I have concluded the use of AI or LLM. Another hint would be the use of ’ (right single curly quote) vs. ' (straight single quote). In your messages that were on the central station and in the instance above (I will attach the message again for easier navigation) you are using right single curly quotes, while on the messages on Discord, you seem to use a straight single quote. This change of style, especially for a character used this frequently, usually embodied in the habits of a writer, does not change this drastically between mere platforms and change of environments.

I write markdown using Obsidian, which automatically converts -- to — and straight quotes ' to curly quotes ’. Discord doesn't do this, so I don't bother "fixing" small punctuation differences. As I said above, different platforms and objectives will naturally produce different writing styles, as i see no need to use one on both or none.
