Exactly, but you can eliminate the 20usd cost for being on pro by using Railway's datacenters rather than using GCP datacenters. Essentially if you move from Legacy (GCP) regions to Metal (Railway) regions and 80% of your cumilative monthly usage is from Metal regions then you don't need to pay for the seat costs
