Im trying to pay for hobby plan in railway
i've used multiple credit cards but it says credit card is declined
i even tried using my debit card
nothing works
im located in malaysia

I've seen a different malaysian struggle with making payments to Railway as well, very interesting
I'd say call your bank and ask them if they're blocking the payment, Railway doesn't block payment from any countries that I know of themselves
I have an unpaid invoice (BTLMQXHC-0002).
The Railway dashboard says I must pay the invoice before upgrading, but when I click "Pay Invoice", the Stripe page says:
"This invoice can no longer be paid on Stripe."
I have already emailed billing@railway.com but my account shows 0 days left.
Could someone please help reissue the invoice or provide a new payment link?

if you opened a thread here then all we could do would be to ask you to email billing@railway.com or to make a billing thread (both do the same thing, dont open a billing thread if you already sent an email), you just have to wait for a response

I am being billed $5.25 for Agent usage. I have not used Railway Agent. I use Claude Code separately and Railway only for deployment. Can you provide a detailed breakdown of the Agent usage, including timestamps and the actions that generated these charges?
